Temporary Local Rules

Current Course Playing Conditions

1. Organic Matting

The organic matting used in revegetation areas other than No Play Zones is ‘integral to the course’ and the ball must be played as it lies, or unplayable ball relief taken.

2. 1st Hole

No Play Zones (marked by black stakes and/or black lines) mark the following areas:

Relief must be taken at the “Nearest Point” of complete free relief, no nearer the hole.

  • Newly formed mounding on the right-hand side of the fairway.  
  • Mounding left (boundary side) of the newly built path accessing the 2nd tee.

3. 5th Hole

No Play Zones (marked by black stakes and/or black lines) mark the following areas:

Relief must be taken at the “Nearest Point” of complete free relief, no nearer the hole.

  • The left-hand side of the 5th hole starts approximately. 100 metres from the teeing area, continuing just past the maintenance area and access track.

4. 6th Hole

No Play Zones (marked by black stakes and/or black lines) mark the following areas:

Relief must be taken at the “Nearest Point” of complete free relief, no nearer the hole.

  • Newly planted vegetation areas between the 6th green run off area and the 7th tees.

5. 8th Hole

No Play Zones (marked by black stakes and/or black lines) mark the following areas:

Relief must be taken at the “Nearest Point” of complete free relief, no nearer the hole.

  • Newly formed mounding on the left-hand side of the fairway up to and around the left-hand side of the 8th green.
