Unfortunately, Glenelg’s Women’s A2 team (Fiona Pike Cup) lost their second round contest to Grange (3-2) at The Grange Golf Club (East Course).
Glenelg’s Junior Div 2 team recovered from a first round loss to claim a win in their round 2 clash at West Lakes Golf Club on Sunday.
Glenelg’s Lachlan Barker has taken out the 114th Malaysian Amateur Championship in a 2-hole playoff at Templer Park Country Club.
Glenelg’s Cleek Stick team has started its season indifferently, halving their first match against Kooyonga, and going down to Mt Osmond on their home track in the second round.
That’s a lot of golf balls on the 13th green…….about 700 in fact! What is alarming is that each golf ball represents a pitch mark that has not been repaired or repaired incorrectly!!
A number of additional local rules have been introduced, effective from 20th May 2016, which are to be read in conjunction with the Rules of Golf and Local Rules displayed on the scorecard.
