Tuesday Women’s Competition Booking Sheet Changes

There will be several changes to the Winter Conditions for the Tuesday Women’s Competition. Changes will be implemented on 19th May (as a result of increased competition numbers and diminishing daylight hours).

The booking sheet for Tuesday 19th May will open this Monday 11th May at 3.00pm.

• Players wishing to play in the 9 hole competition may hit-off from 10.30am
• New software will be introduced prompting players to opt for 9 holes or 18 holes from 10:30am to 11:30am. A 9 hole icon will appear on the booking sheet (see example below)

• Both 9 hole and 18 hole players will book on the same sheet. All players will book a specific time to play
• When first tee times, due to restricted daylight reach 7:15am (Tuesday 2nd June to Tuesday 21st July), the booking sheet will revert to 4 player groups from 8:30am to 11:30am
• Cancellations and no shows will be filled by moving players as deemed necessary by the Proshop

The booking process will be no different apart from ticking the 9 or 18 hole box that will appear for bookings made from 10:30am to 11:30am.
