Woodstock Wine Tasting at the Pavilion – 12th March

Join us on Thursday, 12th March, for the Woodstock Wines Pavilion Winemaker Night, hosted by Bob Burton from Woodstock Wine Estate.

Start the evening with arrival drinks and canapés on the lawn before settling in for a curated wine flight personally presented by Bob Burton.

This guided tasting experience will take you through five curated flights of wines, each paired with a selection of local cheeses and accompaniments. Bob will share insights into the vineyard, winemaking philosophy and the stories behind each label, including a special museum comparison from the same estate Riesling block planted in 1975.

To conclude the evening, the Matriarch Muscat will be paired with handcrafted chocolate from Trilby’s Chocolate, recently opened at Woodstock by Max Collett, adding a decadent finish to the tasting.
