Twilight golf meets Mediterranean flavour at Glenelg Golf Club on 28th January, with bookings from 5:30pm for a Greek-themed night featuring sunshine-inspired dishes, shared feasts, and live music, the perfect way to unwind after a round and enjoy a summer evening with friends.

Inspired by a traditional Greek taverna dish, this oven-baked salmon is rich in Mediterranean flavour, topped with slow-roasted tomato, capsicum, and olive sauce. Served with rosemary potatoes and a fetta crumble.
