UPDATE: Handicap – GolfLink to Golf Australia Connect

Dear Members,

As you may be aware, Golf Link has now transitioned to the new Golf Australia Connect system. We’d like to provide you with some important information about accessing and using the updated platform.

A reminder: You can continue to play competition golf without using the new Golf Australia app. Competition scores can still be recorded using MiScore.

Handicapping via the new Golf Australia Connect platform will commence on Monday 6th October.

If you have trouble activating your account due to an incorrect email address, you will not be able to update your account details in Golf Connect until the 10th October. Please refer to further details below.


Activating Your Account

Follow these steps to activate your Golf Australia Connect account:

Step 1 – Go to golf.com.au/login
Click “Activate your account here.”

Step 2 – Enter your Golf ID
Type in your current Golf ID number and press Next.

If you have this issue with your Golf ID, similar to below, Glenelg Golf Club are unable to update your email until after the 10th of October.

Step 3 – Verification code
A code will be sent to your registered email. You can either copy it and paste it or type if into the box.
Please note: If you no longer have access to that email, Golf Australia has advised updates cannot be made until 10th October.

Step 4 – Update details
Review your information (such as phone number or postal address) and make changes if needed.

Step 5 – Download the App
Once your account is activated, download the Golf Australia app from your phone’s app store. If you already have it, simply log in with your new details.

  • Some minor slowdowns or interruptions may still occur in the coming days as the platform stabilises.
  • At the golf Club we can assist Members, however, please ensure you have followed the above steps prior to calling
