Temporary Soaker Hoses

When a ball comes to rest within the spray zone of a soaker hose, free relief may be taken by dropping a ball within a one club-length relief area whose point of reference is the nearest point of complete relief from the place where the ball entered into the spray zone.

Note: This Local Rule does not apply to fixed irrigation equipment or to a hose which is not in operation, which are covered by Rule 16.1
