2019 Magain Real Estate Golf Day

Tuesday 24^th September was a beautiful day for golf and 91 ladies entered the 3BBB Magain golfing event. This much anticipated event is sponsored by Jane Nelson and Stuart Costello of Magain Real Estate and it was first held in 2006.

Jane, Stuart and Sharon Gledhill (from the Glenelg Magain office) spent the morning visiting all the players on course with Champagne, Baileys and chocolates and this was a highlight of the day for many.

A two course lunch followed in the Dining Room during which, the results of the day were announced.

The winners this year with a Stableford score of 49 points were Sue Crawford, Karin Harris and Deb Bennett. Second place went to Margaret McCann, Annette Rieniets and Cheryl Franzi with 48 points on a count back and in third place were Karin Fox, Ali Wylie and Shelagh Matthews also on 48 points.

There were also two long drive holes and NTPs on all Par threes with very generous prizes for those who were successful.

Thank you to Stuart and Jane and Magain Real Estate for providing Glenelg ladies with such an enjoyable event and a special thank you to Golf Ops for managing the event for us. Thanks also to Phil and the kitchen and waiting staff for making the day run so smoothly.
