Upcoming Annual Course Renovations – 23rd November to 28th November

Dear Members,

The Course maintenance team will be completing the annual Course renovations program from 12:00 pm Sunday, 23^rd November to Friday, 28^th November.

These renovations will again include both fairways and greens. This combined approach, introduced in recent years, reduces disruption to Members with only one period of Course closure and supports a faster recovery period, thanks to warmer growing conditions in late spring. 

The Course will be closed to Members throughout this time, reopening on Saturday, 29^th November.

All practice facilities will be closed to Members from 12:00 pm Sunday, 23^rd November to Tuesday, 25^th November and will re-open for practice on Wednesday, 26^th November.

Sunday 23^rd November:

• Clubhouse is open as normal
• Proshop open as normal 
• Driving Range closed from 12:00 pm
• Chipping area closed from 12:00 pm 
• Course closed from 12:00 pm

Monday 24^th November:

• Clubhouse open for beverages and light snacks (including pizzas & hot chips)
• Proshop closed all day – Lessons Only (access to club storage available during office hours)
• Driving Range closed all day (Open for Tuition Only)
• Chipping area closed all day
• Course closed all day

Tuesday 25^th November:

• Clubhouse open for beverages and light snacks (including pizzas & hot chips)
• Proshop open from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
• Driving Range closed all day (Open for Tuition Only)
• Chipping area closed all day
• Course closed all day

Wednesday 26^th November:

• Clubhouse open for beverages and light snacks (including pizzas & hot chips), Closed for Dinner Service
• Proshop open from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (access to club storage available during office hours)
• Driving Range Open
• Chipping area Open
• Course closed all day

Thursday 27^th November:

• Clubhouse open for beverages and light snacks (including pizzas & hot chips), Closed for Dinner Service
• Proshop open from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (access to club storage available during office hours)
• Driving Range Open
• Chipping area Open
• Course closed all day

Friday 28^th November:

• Clubhouse open for beverages and light snacks (including pizzas & hot chips), Closed for Dinner Service
• Proshop open from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (access to club storage available during office hours)
• Driving Range Open
• Chipping area Open
• Course closed all day

Members are reminded of the importance of this annual Course renovation program, which plays a vital role in maintaining high-quality turf surfaces and optimal playability throughout the year. 

Following the re-opening of the Course on Saturday, 29^th November, preferred lies will be in place for a period of time, allowing turf surfaces adequate time to recover. 

We appreciate Members’ understanding and cooperation while this essential maintenance is undertaken, ensuring the best possible Course conditions for the months ahead.
