The 2024 President’s Trophy (Men) was played on Saturday May 18th.
In idyllic conditions, Gary Thompson and Mark Meeke squared off against Paul Bauer and Chris Parkinson.
The 4BBB Matchplay (Stableford) match play event went down to the 16th hole.
Having hit his tee shot into the scrub, Parkinson recovered with a handy chip, followed by a 12m putt from off the green to win the match
Bauer and Parkinson the triumphant pair winning 3 & 2.
