On Sunday 17th September we had a warm, sunny spring day here at the GGC for the 2023 Men’s, Women’s and Junior Vardon. This year went back to the original 36 hole format which attracted 64 players to complete in the event. With some strong players out there the scores were not quite what we or the players expected in the morning however the afternoon we had multiple players post some great scores making it tight at the top!
The Brian Ferris Memorial Trophy was decided in a playoff for the second year in a row with Sam Earl defending his title winning on the 1st playoff hole which was played on the 18th!
