Clemént Labaere

Clemént Labaere is the executive chef and owner of “Maison Clément”, a French bistro Bouillon in the heart of Adelaide. Maison Clément is renowned for its delicious pastries and superb culinary treats.

Clément obtained his degree from Dunkirk in France and developed his culinary skills in a number of exquisite fine dining restaurants, including a Michelin star restaurant in the north of France.

In 2010, Clément moved to Australia to learn English. He loved Adelaide so much that he settled here and opened a French patisserie in the central market in 2018.

Clément is passionate about creating vibrant, delicious and nourishing food using good quality local ingredients. Every dish that Clément delivers provides a unique and memorable culinary experience.

Tickets are $78 per person, including a four-course meal below;
