Glenelg Creating a Sustainable Future

A great article by Golf Australia recognising the amazing work of our team at Glenelg Golf Club. Golf Courses around Australia are already starting to become more sustainable (smarter irrigation, storm water catchment, EV fleets, solar, recycling and composting) as well as returning to a landscape that is native to their region.

Golf Clubs can play a role in promoting the positive environmental impact our courses can make to our members, the wider community and local and state governments.

Thank you to the Hon. David Speirs MP, Minister for Environment and Water for his recent visit to our course. The Minister visited our course to find out more about our habitat connectivity project which received a $94,000 (ex GST) Green Adelaide Grassroots Grant.
