With Summer upon us and in-line with our annual fairway renovations, a reminder that as of this Sunday, fairways are going to be scarified which will involve periods of course closure times.
The following course closures apply:
- 1st Tee closed from 11:00am Sunday 6th December
- Course closed all day Monday 7th December
- Course closed all day Tuesday 8th December (excluding the Women’s Christmas Ambrose)
- Pro Shop closed all day Monday
- Pro Shop closed from 3:00pm Tuesday
- Clubhouse closed all day Monday 7th December
SA Power Networks have scheduled maintenance to our mains power line and as such all power to the Club will be off-line on Monday 7th December. This upgrade will see the Clubhouse, Pro Shop and all Practice Facilities closed for the day.
Members who store their clubs in the Pro Shop are encouraged to collect their clubs prior to Sunday, should they need them on Monday 8th December.
It is planned that the bulk of the scarifying works will be completed Tuesday evening, with tidy up works to be carried out for the remainder of the week. This will ensure the fairway surface playability is up to standard by the weekend. Preferred lies are expected to be in place for at least two weeks after works are completed.
Hospitality
As per the State Government announcement today, the room density has been eased to 2m2 throughout the Clubhouse, both indoor and outdoor. Individual room capacities are noted around the Clubhouse and seating has been set accordingly. All eating and drinking inside still needs be undertaken while seated.
