Welcome Dani Caruso our New Hospitality Manager

Welcome Dani to the team

I would like to introduce our new Hospitality Manager, Dani Caruso, who joins the Glenelg Golf Club team today, Tuesday 6^th October.

Dani comes to us with a wealth of experience having owned and operated three of her own restaurants with the most recent being La Vita on Grange Road, Kidman Park. She has also worked two separate stints in the golf industry, holding the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Grange Golf Club for the last five years.

Dani is a welcome addition to Glenelg as she is loved by Members and staff throughout the golf industry, not only at her previous Club, but respected amongst all golf clubs in Adelaide. Dani will be hands on, leading from the front, and will be the first point of contact for our Members. She will be responsible for all food and beverage at the Club, whilst leading and mentoring the front of house and kitchen team.
