The Pauline Sanderson Bowl is a match play event between Kooyonga and Glenelg for women with GA Handicaps from 20 to 30.
This year Glenelg were victorious winning 5 – 4 at Kooyonga. The match status was looking good with five matches in with 2 losses but then Kooyonga rallied to win the remaining 2 matches.
I would like to thank all those women who willingly gave up their time to participate in this event, particularly those who registered for the first time to play, namely Anna Standish, Ali Wylie, Carolyn Dillon and Joanne Rice. I know it was daunting for them all but I trust they enjoyed the experience, the Kooyonga course and the company of the Kooyonga Ladies over a lovely lunch.
