For election at the 88th Annual General Meeting of Glenelg Golf Club Inc. to be held on Wednesday, 30th March 2016.
Members are advised that nominations for the following positions may now be lodged with the General Manager on the appropriate nomination form.
- CAPTAIN – 2 Year Term
- VICE CAPTAIN – 2 Year Term
- COMMITTEE MEMBER (Ordinary Vacancy) – 3 Year Term
- COMMITTEE MEMBER (Extraordinary Vacancy) – 3 Year Term
The Extraordinary Vacancy will be filled by the first candidate in order who is not elected to the ordinary vacancy and is prepared to accept election to the extraordinary vacancy.
Each Candidate for election shall be nominated in writing, signed by a Proposer and Seconder, and endorsed with the Candidate’s consent.
A Candidate for Captain or Vice Captain must be a Life or Full member and a current member of the Committee or have served at least one full term as a member of the Committee.
A Candidate for Committee Member must be a Life or Full member of the Club.
