Fit Golf are bringing their flagship golf specific ‘Core Strength & Flexibility’ class to Glenelg Golf Club during Golf Month! The class focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, stability & relaxation specific to golf.

Please bring a drink bottle and a towel for hydration & hygiene. If you are new to this class, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the registration form.
