Liam Kennewell has taken out top spot in the Boys’ Junior Club Championship, played over 36 holes on Sunday.
Jackson Kalz qualifed in second place, three strokes behind Kennewell, after Will Starkey finished level will Kennewell, but is unable to play in the matchplay rounds due to golfing commitments in Melbourne for the Aaron Baddeley Junior International Australian final at The Heritage Golf Club.
Austin Baker won the Glenelg Trophy after finishing with the best net score, six strokes ahead of Liam Kennewell.
The matchplay rounds will be played next Sunday, 12th October in conjunction with the Girls’ Junior Championships and Anne Smerdon Invitational.
