Kalz’s win inaugural Burgandy Trophy

The father-son pairing of Brenton & Jackson Kalz have taken out the inaugural Burgandy Trophy on Labour Day.

Played in a two ball aggregate stableford format, players were entitled to use a ‘Burgundy’ (mulligan) on their tee shot. The Kalz’s finished with a score of 76 points, 3 points ahead of Jim and Bob Jolley, with Phil & Wendy Greig a further stroke behind in third place.

The Burgandy Trophy was introduced In line with the Club’s objective to provide variety and fun in the social and golfing calendar, replacing the traditional Labour Day Pairs & Partners.
