The first Captain’s Lunch for 2014 is not too far away, with guest speaker, Raymond Spencer, Chair of the Economic Development Board sure to entertain on Friday, 25th July.
Lunch, complemented by wines from the Hentley Farm Luxury Collection, will commence at 12:30pm, while golf is available for those interested in a round beforehand, commencing with a 7:30am shotgun start.
The cost for lunch will be $950 for a table of 10 when paid upfront (no split payments) or $99 per head. Golf is optional and at a heavily discounted green fee of $30 for non-members.
The event will be hosted by Glenelg Club Captain, Gavan Fox, with an illustrious pairing of guest speakers. I’m sure many will be keen to hear from Chairman of the Economic Development Board, Raymond Spencer, particularly in this topical financial environment, while founder of Hentley Farm Wines, Keith Hentschke, will provide us with some inside knowledge as to the rapid growth of the Barossa based business. Both are sure to be highly engaging and we are very grateful to be sharing their company.
