Cleek Stick go down in the final match of season

Report by Ros Osborn
(Team Manager)

Sadly, Glenelg’s Cleek Stick team lost their final match of the season at West Lakes against the form team, Tea Tree Gully, on Monday.

Ros Henderson had a day out, winning her match 7/6.  Given this is only her second year in Cleek Stick, she will be a great asset to us next year.

Janet Fleer was down all day and came back to square her match on the final hole.

Many of last year’s team, whom reached the final, have moved into the A Grade competition this year, so we are in the process of building a new team for coming years.

Well done girls for giving up so much for our Club this year.
