\"\"<\/a>Glenelg’s Will Starkey will take a 3 shot lead going into the final round of the 2015 Golf SA Junior Amateur Championship to be played at Blackwood Golf Club tomorrow (Tuesday).<\/p>\n

After 36 holes, Starkey sits at 3-under par following rounds of 73, 68 around Koooyonga’s tricky layout today to lead Yowani Country Club’s Jakub Gancarz.\u00a0 Gold Creek’s Josh Armstrong sits a further 2 shots back, with Royal Queensland’s James Mee in 4th, another one shot back.<\/p>\n

Hitting off the 10th tee in the afternoon, Starkey’s 4-under par second round started steady to be even par through ten holes, however with consecutive birdies on holes 2 and 3, and a birdie, eagle finish over the closing two holes, Starkey was able to jump to the top of the leaderboard.<\/p>\n

Junior Masters runner-up, Lachlan Barker, fired rounds of 76, 73 to be in 5th place, eight shots back from his fellow Glenelg member.<\/p>\n

Other Glenelg members to fair well were Jackson Kalz, with rounds of 76, 77 to be in a tie for 10th place, and Ben Layton in 14th place after rounds of 74, 81.<\/p>\n
