Golf SA is committed to training, developing and mentoring Community Golf Leaders to assist the new golfer to learn the game and to join a golf Club.<\/p>\n<p>Community Golf Coaches are generally volunteers. There are also opportunities to earn a small income and not infringe amateur status.\u00a0 They will be trained to deliver basic golf instructions to new golfers at schools, local community and club level.\u00a0 A Community Golf Coach will normally work under the supervision of the Golf SA develop team.<\/p>\n<p>Community Golf Coaches Training &amp; Assessment days are being held regularly in both metropolitan and country locations. The Active After School Care Program also forms part of the assessment day.
