Women\u2019s Glenelg vs Grange Foursomes Challenge<\/h1>\n

\"\"On Monday 1st<\/sup> April, 20 ladies from Glenelg played their annual foursomes competition against The Grange Golf Club.<\/span><\/p>\n

This competition has been ongoing from 1974 and with Grange having a 26-19 lead and holding the trophy from last year we were keen to get a win. <\/span><\/p>\n

The final result is determined by the team returning the lowest aggregate net score in relation to par, an unusual format!<\/span><\/p>\n

The day delivered great weather and even though the scores were not fantastic our team made the most of home course advantage coming in with a great win. The final score was Grange +144 and Glenelg +119.5.<\/span><\/p>\n

A lovely lunch followed and the banter and laughs from the golf course carried on into the dining room. A good time was had by all.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a wonderful fun day so I urge all ladies to think about playing in this day next year and help us retain the trophy.<\/span><\/p>\n
