A Modern Australian Wine Dinner Experience

We are very excited to reveal the menu and wine pairings for our Winter Wine Dinner, this July.

The menu has been thoughtfully curated by Glenelg Golf Club’s Head Chef, Matt Chapman, in collaboration with Woodstock’s Executive Chef, Chris Bone.

This year, the menu takes on a modern Australian theme, celebrating rich, local produce; including hand-picked native mushrooms, kangaroo, pork belly, lamb and Woodstock’s house-made Pâté.

Each course will be skilfully executed and individually plated by Matt and his team, and paired with no-less-than 6 flights of wine from award winning McLaren Vale producer, Woodstock.

All elements are set to come together for a unique and exclusive food and wine experience that is not to be missed.
