Glenelg wins fourth SA Bridal Award

Glenelg has claimed its fourth SA Australian Bridal Industry Academy award for Best Club Reception Venue at a glittering presentation dinner held at the Adelaide Town Hall on Tuesday night.

The award cements the Club’s position as one of the leading wedding reception venues in Adelaide, and certainly the best club reception venue in the South Australia.  Against some quality competition, including local golf clubs, Kooyonga and Tea Tree Gully, Glenelg secured a 98.4% rating from our brides.

Our Events Manager, Lynn Kschammer, who continues to do an outstanding job, was a finalist in the Function Coordinator award, finishing with a rating of 99.06%, just shy of the winner from Adelaide Pavilion.  The Club was also a finalist in the Best Ceremony Venue award.

The award is deserved recognition for the Club’s food and beverage team who continue to impress and improve upon the service and delivery of high quality events and functions here at Glenelg.
